Work meeting of Alexei Overchuk with First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Nikolai Snopkov
RUSSIA, September 21 – Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk held a working meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Nikolai Snopkov.
The sides discussed current issues of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Belarus. They paid particular attention to joint efforts to implement trade union programs and to develop joint import substitution investment projects.
Within the framework of the Union’s programs, the parties discussed cooperation in the tax and customs sectors, as well as the provision of public services to the citizens of the two states online.
The Deputy Prime Ministers noted that the Interstate Center is ready to coordinate risk management efforts, as well as analyze and monitor customs operations.
