Tottenham live press conference: Antonio Conte at the request of Lucas Moura, Emerson Royal and Palace

Antonio Conte holds his press conference following Tottenham’s 3-0 Premier League win over Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.

Palace had asked the Premier League to postpone the match due to cases of Covid in their camp but this was rejected.

The visitors were deprived of manager Patrick Vieira, who was among those who had tested positive at their club.

Spurs scored twice in a matter of minutes in the first half. Both goals saw Brazilian combinations with Harry Kane do the trick.

The first Emerson Royal freed Lucas Moura on the right and his first ball to Kane was sent into the goal via Butland’s thumping hand.

Then Kane pushed Emerson back to the right and he held the ball perfectly in the air for Lucas to jump high and go home.

Palace then lost Wilfried Zaha on an insanely stupid second yellow card, pushing Davinson Sanchez after the ball went out of play.

Tottenham completed all three points in the second half when Lucas found Son Heung-min to bring home the third of the hosts.

Our Tottenham correspondent Alasdair Gold was among those who questioned Conte after the game.
